What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The SoilHorizon Application does not collect, log, store, sell, or share personal information when you download and use it.
Registration is not required, and the Application does not require an account, login, user profile, or authorization for normal use.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted
only to facilitate network connectivity. This technical data is not retained, profiled, sold, or used for tracking by the Service Provider.
Precise real-time location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device for the Service Provider.
SoilHorizon may allow users to enter or save field coordinates, elevation, slope, aspect, excavation pit details, WRB horizon records,
Munsell color values, environmental notes, and GeoJSON export records locally on their own device, but this information is not transmitted
to BŁASZCZYK unless a future feature clearly states otherwise and the user chooses to use it.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data is shared with third parties.
BŁASZCZYK does not sell, rent, trade, or disclose personal information obtained through normal use of the Application.
Data Retention
BŁASZCZYK does not retain personal data from normal use of SoilHorizon because the Application does not collect, log, or store personal
information on BŁASZCZYK servers.
Any soil profile names, WRB horizon designations, morphological notes, Munsell color values, moist soil color references, GPS coordinates,
elevation, slope position, aspect orientation, excavation pit data, land use, drainage, vegetation, parent material, stoniness, erosion evidence,
GeoJSON export records, default observer fields, High Contrast Mode settings, and app preferences saved inside the app remain local to the
user’s device unless otherwise clearly stated.
- No personal account records are retained because accounts are not required.
- No analytics profiles are retained by the Service Provider.
- No personal soil survey data is stored on BŁASZCZYK servers through normal app use.
Data Deletion
Because SoilHorizon does not collect or store personal information on BŁASZCZYK servers, there is normally no server-side personal data for
BŁASZCZYK to delete.
Users can delete local app information by using any in-app clear/reset options where available, clearing app data through device settings,
or uninstalling the Application. If a user voluntarily contacts BŁASZCZYK by email or another direct channel, they may request deletion of
that voluntarily provided communication data by contacting support@blaszczyk.ink.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.
You may also avoid voluntarily contacting the Service Provider if you do not want to provide contact information by email.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.
If personal information is voluntarily provided through another means by a child, a parent or guardian should contact BŁASZCZYK so it can be removed.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure from normal app use is minimal.
However, no security system is completely secure. BŁASZCZYK implements reasonable safeguards for systems and for any information voluntarily provided
through direct contact.
Data breach notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting personal data is minimal.
If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to BŁASZCZYK, the Service Provider will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
Responsible-use notice
SoilHorizon is an offline soil profile logging, Munsell color reference, terrain mapping, environmental context, and GIS export utility.
It is not certified soil laboratory software, an official land classification authority, regulatory compliance certification software, an agricultural advisory system,
a legal land-use approval tool, an environmental impact certification tool, or a replacement for professional pedological review, laboratory testing,
official survey procedures, GIS validation, local regulations, or expert scientific judgment.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time
without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
